Preorders
Occasionally VEVED offers a preorder system where customers can purchase our products before they are officially released.
Preordering allows you to secure your desired products before they become available for general sale.
The availability and estimated shipping dates of preordered products will be clearly communicated on our website or other ordering platforms.
Preorders are subject to product availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable, you will be promptly notified, and any payments made will be refunded.
Payments
Full payment for the preordered product is required at the time of placing the order.
All prices are stated in the currency displayed on the ordering platform.
We accept payment methods as indicated on our website or ordering platform.
Order Confirmation
After placing a preorder and making payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.
The order confirmation email does not signify the acceptance of your order as final. It confirms the receipt of your order and payment only.
Product Availability and Delivery
The estimated shipping dates provided at the time of preorder are subject to change. Delays might occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as production delays or external factors beyond our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your preorder by the estimated shipping date. However, we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
If there are any changes to the estimated shipping date, we will notify you promptly via email.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of the preorder system, all sales are final. Preordered products cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the unlikely event that a preordered product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact our customer support within 10 days of receiving the product for assistance.
Cancellations
You may cancel your preorder for a full refund within 10 days of placing the order, provided that the product has not yet been shipped.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
